Account information: your email address, and if you sign in with Google, your name and basic profile details provided by Google.

Content you create: the descriptions, text, images, and websites you build, and messages you send to the AI assistant.

Usage and device data: log data such as actions taken, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP, and browser information, used to operate and secure the service.

Payment information: processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing details (such as plan, amount, and status) but do not store your full card number.

We use information to provide and improve WebNuwa, generate and host your websites, process payments, prevent abuse and fraud, provide support, comply with law, and communicate service-related notices such as renewal reminders.

Service providers: we share information as needed with providers that help us run WebNuwa, including Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in), domain registrars, hosting providers, and AI model providers, only to perform services for us.

Legal and safety: we may disclose information to comply with law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or WorkOK Intelligence LLC.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language preference. We do not use cookies to sell your data.

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete a project or your account, associated content is removed from active systems, though limited records may be retained where required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@webnuwa.com. You can also delete projects and your account directly in the app.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls and isolation of user workloads. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

WorkOK Intelligence LLC operates from the United States, and your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. We take steps to protect information consistent with this Policy wherever it is processed.

WebNuwa is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact support@webnuwa.com and we will delete it.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by notice.
